Happy Easter!!!

Our Groupon went live this morning. If you know anyone who would be interested in trying us out let them know about the Groupon. It is for 8 classes for 69.00. The Groupon classes will be a "lite" version on what we do in our regular CrossFit classes. Thank you for your help.

    what if you have not been working out, will it be a realistic workout? Is is one class a week, at a time convenient to the buyer?

    I am 60 years old-in ok shape-I walk-do treadmill-usual stuff-is this for me?

    Our workouts can be scaled for any fitness level. The Groupon classes will be functional calisthenic type workouts. We will add more classes depending on the amount of Groupons that are sold.
